‍We kindly ask that you take a moment to read and understand our policy prior to making a booking.

• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed

‍• We accept: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard.
• We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
• We reserve the right to pre-authorise or charge credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.

‍Children and additional bedding
• Baby Cot available free of charge.
‍• Children of any age are welcome.
• Children aged 2 years and above are considered adults.
• All children using existing beds are charged the full adult rate.
• There is no capacity for an extra bed.

‍Check-in and check-out
‍• Check-in: 15:00 - 23:00
• Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00
• If you wish to stay in the room until 18:00 the extra charge will be half of the daily lease charge.
• Late check out is subject to availability, extra costs may apply. 


‍Cancelation Policy 
Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
‍
For cancellations up to 21 day prior to arrival no fees apply.

For cancellations later , the 100% of total cost will be charged.

In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
